Connie is known as Spokane's "family real estate agent". Her passion is working with her amazing team Jill, Becca and Natasha as a Managing Broker to help families and individuals reach their life goals. With more than 20 years' experience, she has built many long term and successful relationships with clients through diligence, professionalism, follow-through and prompt responses. Connie was born and raised in Spokane, giving her an insider's expertise of the area and its market trends. Her natural ability to build and maintain friendships and community has contributed to her success in creating a 100% referral-based business. Connie and her team are dedicated to helping her clients grow and achieve their real estate goals. 

I am Jill Heaton and am thrilled to be part of Kelly Right Real Estate and the Connie & Co team.  I have lived and worked in the Spokane area for over thirty five years. My husband is a born and raised Spokane Valley resident, and he and I recently became grandparents! As empty nesters, we are enjoying life raising our two dogs and three cats in the Ponderosa neighborhood. Our three children attended CVSD from kindergarten through graduation as well as Eastern Washington University and the Community College of Spokane, and they all continue to live in Spokane Valley. My roots are deeply planted and I am so excited to be able to represent and serve my community as a real estate professional with the Connie & Co team.

 Hi, I’m Becca! I was born and raised in Spokane and I’ve lived in different parts of the city, making me familiar with all of the greater Spokane area. I’ve known Connie for several years as a friend and client. She helped me buy/sell my first home and then my second home for my growing family. When Connie asked me to join her team to help with her amazing clients, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I love getting out to meet with people and help with their Real Estate needs! My husband and I have a son, Eazy. He is my little sidekick. You’ll see him out and about with me assisting clients!

 My name is Natasha, I have been working in real estate for over eight  years. My love of organizing, paperwork and helping others makes being a transaction coordinator a perfect fit. In 2024, I obtained my real estate license, giving me even more expertise in the real estate profession. I have been an improvisor both performing and teaching for the last ten years. I love being outdoors  and traveling as often as possible. Growing up in a military family, I have moved often, so I know the importance of having a great real estate agent and transaction coordinator. I'm ready to assist our team in making  the purchase or sale of your home as stress free as possible!
